• Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• notify us of unauthorized access to your account.

5. Team Collaboration

Simple Gantt allows users to invite other users to collaborate on projects.

The owner of a subscription may designate other users as collaborators or co-owners of projects.

Collaborators and co-owners are not required to maintain paid subscriptions.

The account owner remains responsible for subscription payments and team management.

6. Free and Paid Plans

Simple Gantt offers both free and paid plans.

Features and limitations may change over time.

Descriptions of current plans are available on the website.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Prices may change in the future. Any changes will apply only to future billing periods.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not affect the current billing period.

After cancellation, your account may continue under the applicable free plan limitations.

9. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.

No refunds or credits are provided for:

• unused subscription periods;
• partial months;
• unused features;
• downgrades;
• cancellations.

10. User Content

Users may create and store:

• projects;
• tasks;
• timelines;
• dependencies;
• milestones;
• uploaded images.

Users retain ownership of their content.

You grant Simple Gantt a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate applicable laws;
• upload malicious code;
• interfere with the Service;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• upload illegal or harmful content;
• use the Service for fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

Simple Gantt and its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Maciej Dębiec and protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant users ownership rights in the Service.

13. Availability of Service

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability;
• error-free operation;
• continuous access;
• compatibility with every device or browser.

Features may be modified, added, or removed without prior notice.

14. Project Planning Disclaimer

Simple Gantt is an informational and project planning tool.

Users remain solely responsible for:

• project decisions;
• timelines;
• deadlines;
• assignments;
• resource allocation;
• execution of work.

Simple Gantt does not guarantee:

• successful project completion;
• achievement of business goals;
• avoidance of delays;
• any particular results.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maciej Dębiec and Simple Gantt shall not be liable for:

• lost profits;
• loss of business opportunities;
• project failures;
• missed deadlines;
• loss of data;
• indirect damages;
• consequential damages;
• business interruption.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maciej Dębiec and Simple Gantt from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• your use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable laws;
• your infringement of third-party rights.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

Unless deleted by the user, account and project data may remain stored after subscription cancellation.

Use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page together with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.
